Flippers for scuba diving should actually make you swim faster, slow on land

The flippers for scuba diving bought from the clothing store should enable you to swim faster like in real life. However, they should also slow you down when on land. 

Is this something we can look at? Perhaps a store bought item like gloves and screwdriver etc?

Should they? Yes.

Would it be worth the development time to implement? No.

Understand that there are probably over 100 active suggestions and dozens of things in the development queue at this point. all of them a more pressing concern than a man sprinting in flippers.
