City Causing Infinite Crash Loops

Issue Being Reported: My game crashes every time I enter the city/populated areas

Evidence and/or notes worth mentioning: My main character is getting stuck in infinite crash loops, every time I enter the city my game will instantly crash and then when trying to load back in after pressing "play" my game will instantly crash again. I am able to load back in once an admin has TP'D me away from the city.

I have tried:

• Restarting PC
• disabled CEF Rendering
• deleted client_resources
• verified game cache
• Uninstalled rage

A couple days ago I upgraded my CPU & Motherboard just for some extra info.

Any ideas on what I could try as I'm losing hope?

I factory reset my pc and its no longer happening.
