Hi there, im kinda new to RP , I have watched lots of videos and have done some GMod rp in the past, but I can't quite grasp the difference between /me and /do, I understand that /do is more descriptive but is there ever a scenario where you only would use /do, sorry if anyone would be able to explain this better I would greatly appreciate it.

/me falls 

/do hits the ground hard 

? Idk if that's a valid scenario lol help
