John Vayro Posted September 29, 2023 Report Posted September 29, 2023 Correct. The full amount if you do rent to own OR purchase is 800k. There are no other fees or charges. On the last payment it is made at the door giving you full ownership. The 20k option is rental only. Which means you don't own the property only rental.
