couldn't properly load the resource

Issue Being Reported: I couldn't properly load the resource packs required for the game, many vehicles and buildings on the map, and a lot of human tiles were missing. I tried to delete the files in client_resources before opening the game, but I still loaded incomplete resources.

Sometimes players do wear broken clothes that actually do this BUT I would suggest deleting the client resources folder in the RageMP folder, this way the server files should re-download. I'd also suggest if you haven't already, disabling CEF Rendering in the rage launcher settings.

Thank you for your answer, I have tried all these methods, but it doesn't work, and if I don't delete the folder, the next time I open the game, it will cause the game to crash
