Ability to refill a jerrycan (in line with stealing fuel suggestion)

Along with the ability to syphon petrol, a jerrycan should also be refillable at the gas station. Its silly to throw away a jerrycan after using the fuel inside.

This falls in line with realism. A jerrycan is now useful and not stupidly overpriced. People have a reason to keep them safe. Jerrycans will then become a common thing to put in your trunk, allowing for a little more for everyone. More to steal, more to adapt and more fun and exciting.

Empty jerrycans can be sold at a pawnshop for 45% cost.

People will start storing their reserve tank jerrycans, players can now assist other players who have run out of fuel, making things more social. 
Criminals will target cars in hopes there will be a jerrycan in the boot. People leave nothing in their cars these days. A jerrycan should weigh at least 15 vol when full. That way its a burden to carry around for most people. 

If petrol can be syphoned, this would be interesting too, and will add a lot of roleplay options for criminals and civilians. More so for civilians who want to help someone stranded with no petrol station and an empty jerrycan.
