Unable to review CCTV

Issue/bug you are reporting: Unable to review CCTV due to error found below. I have synced my computer to the Windows clock as someone suggested it. Multiple members of LSPD/LSSD have the same issue. This happens at all CCTV locations. 

Expected behavior:  Being able to review CCTV normally

The point is that this shouldn't happen. It happens more than it doesn't, and is very frustrating to deal with. I've experienced it dozens of times.
