We do a rent to buy scheme on this, so it would be 50k a week for 10 weeks, it states within our contract if it is not paid on time we add a late fee. It would be 40k per week and it is the day of the week you choose to start the contract, you can pay more that 40k upfront if you like to skip weeks down the line. There is no additional storage.
