I've been logged out of my account now I cant log in due to a verification code

I've been logged out of my eclipse account and its asking for a verification sent to my email that I haven't got. I've checked junk mail, spam and my regular e mail I have a verification code from when I first got on but it doesn't work. it literally says an email has been sent to my email and its nowhere. this is my second day trying and its not on my end its on yours. IM GETTING NO EMAILS ABOUT A CODE. if you need any other information let me know thanks.
