Nick Gerder Posted April 3, 2023 Report Posted April 3, 2023 I was trying to purchase 2 packages of 25 dollars worth of credits. earlier today I used google pay to pay and it went throught and i got a text on my phone saying that eclipse charged my 25 but the screen was just loading forever without the credits in my account. I had to refresh the page which just got rid of everything and the charge is on my account and still no credits. This was at like 4, and i just now purchase 2 packages of 25 from my gift card i had, and from actual account, but i still need the 2500 credits from the first purchase which i never recieved. I will attach screenshots of the purchase made at 4 which i never recieved any credits for. if an admin could help me that would be great, if not im gonna have to charge back with my bank (yes i have an android) Thanks.
