Animal Hunting needs to be improved

I feel that there are several issues with animal hunting.

1. The spawn rate - this should be increased or have more animal spawn areas.
2. The desync for the animals is terrible - most seem to teleport or they're standing up already dead.
3. Location - There are several locations I feel that should be added, the area beside the dam, the forest beside the prison & mount gordo.

Agree on most of it, especially how bugged animals can be with disappearingband/or randomly teleportating. I my experience, 10-20 percent of animals has this behavior and I couldn't make any connections as on what obstacles cause it. 

Would be cool if animals could spawn anywhere outside city limits, it would just be that chances of spawning would differ from place to place, and such "spots" for higher chances to animal spawn would randomly change location, so Noone would be possible to memories few spots and grind on them.

Yeah the desync issue is very frustrating. Most of the time I can find it after it disappears, but often I cannot. Getting excited over a 1-2k animal only for it to vanish really sucks haha
