Dylan_Freeman Posted May 1, 2017 Report Posted May 1, 2017 Characters are bugged on GTA Network client's side. As I've been told it is not a server sided issue. All we can hope for is that developers are working on it and that it will be solved. As for your belly button, it's because of some clothing models clipping through your character. Those are known issues and bugs though. You will just have to live with it until it's fixed.
