But don’t let his unremarkable appearance deceive you. Hector is the kingpin of the Los Santos Mafiosos, the source of the largest percentage of drugs exported from Mexico into the United States every year: cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamine, and heroin, all delivered by the tons through numerous land and air distribution methods. Hector seemed fated for the drug trade. His mother, yes mother, was one of the original Mexican drug smugglers, and young Hector was soon involved in the family business. He rose to prominence in the cartel quickly due to his ruthlessness and strategic tactics, as internecine fighting claimed rivals both within the cartel and without. In 2006, violating a pact between cartels, Hector ordered an assassination that spurred what has come to be referred to as the “El Loco Mexican War”. This conflict between cartels has resulted in over 100,000 deaths and 8,000 kidnappings. Along the way, Hector has become a multi billionaire and one of the most powerful men in the world. The law caught up with Hector from 2018 to 2020 when he was arrested and imprisoned. But he made himself comfortable in jail, through bribery and intimidation, until his eventual escape (which involved the bribing of many high ranking officers and prison guards and cost him over $4 million to engineer). How did he do it? He slipped through a hole under the shower in his cell and escaped through a mile-long tunnel that led to a construction site on the outside. In March 2020, the Mexican government caught and extradited [1:01 PM] Hector(with the help of not only the FBI, but the DEA AND CIA) to the United States to face drug trafficking and other charges. Hector appeared in U.S. Federal Court and pleaded not guilty to over a 6 dozen charges. In August 2020, Hector was sentenced to life in prison plus 30 years, along with ordering him to pay $10 billion in restitution. December 2020- Present day; it is said Hector died in prison, but the insanely smart KingPin had one last trick up his sleeve….. Catalepsy in a pill. Making his vitals Unreadable, slowing his heart rate down to 2 beats a minute, basically killing him, but that was the plan. Hector was said to be buried out side of BanHam Canyon. Rumors say when some low life grave robbers went to open his casket, there was no body, no bones, no trace of him what’s so ever. It is said to this day that Hector, the ruthless KingPin is starting another cartel right here in Los Santos, getting ready to cause chaos and start back up his drug trade.
