It said that an admin has to receive the request so im just wondering when i'll know when its accepted and how i will know what action they are taking?

I got a laptop from the general store but i dont know what i can do with it and how i can access the black market with it?

Any help on this would be appreciated.

So I believe there should be a circle in order to let me give them stuff but I don't see a circle and am unaware on how this stuff works and what i have to do in order to give them stuff?
