Yea exactly I think the suggestion is all about having the PD/SD squeezing more out of the MD's psych side and have them deal with their offenders's cases in different ways and better ways, I honestly think this is something that everyone that would go to jail for whatever he did would really like it because it's either gonna save him from jail or actually entertain him and have him spend less time or actually get out earlier for good behavior, but it could be put out in a very logical way, you either accept therapy/diagnosis or you go to jail if you have mild offences, but if you have big ones you may just have a chance of getting out early for good behavior which is not guaranteed. For the MD side I think there should be something almost like " rehab " and where drug abusers get sent to instead of being sent directly to jail the PD officers can actually give you a chance to get therapy/diagnosed if you don't want to end up behind bars. Also a psych ward would be a good addition too for people that were mildily violent or committed crimes that have involved hurting someone but weren't really too much harmful for that person. " Rehab " could also be used as a way to cure " intoxicated " patients or have like a spot (NPC seller) there that people could buy meds for their drug intoxication ( scriptwise intoxication not RP one of course, but also of course could always be used for RP ones) instead of having a medic drop them off at the hospital and that's it, and then we can leave painkillers just for stuff like broken body parts etc, and then you can have a whole division in MD named something like" rehab/psych ward " section that work and their job is basically just to do this and that and get paid as much as medics do but maybe the payment would vary.

It's very nice to hear that both factions have that because that's something that many servs wouldn't think about and it really proves that public factions are very organized and dedicated to their own RP part, but just like you said, I hope these " sides " get active about their thing and use the psych practice even more in many incidents/events etc like in the examples I mentioned.
  3. I mean I just had this idea, it sounds crazy but just hear me out. I think that jails for example should have psychiatrists and basically should diagnose " killers " and " violators " and have therapy sessions with them and maybe meds or people who do mild violence stuff can get sent to psych wards and we can have these as divisions in PD/SD named for example " Department Psychiatrist " or " DOC Psychiatrist " and then have ones in the EMS team for ones that know exactly what RP is and love RP to have them be in that " division " or " team " of psychiatrists and have their salary too. Here's how this will affect the server positively : Increased RP in jail with more sense of reality instead of having people just run around there and troll Less punishment time for mild offenders and instead having them go on some kind of correction program which will add more things to the RP side and also will be a suitable option that both the people receiving the sentence and the people helping them instead of just typing a command and spawning the person in jail. Examples : 1. Some dude was pulled over and had his car searched and they found weed on him, and he admitted to smoking it, instead of straight up sending him to jail he could go through a correction program with an assigned psychiatrist from the EMS or PD team or else if he refuses he would have to go to jail. 2. Some dude had a fist fight with a bunch of dudes because he is mad but doesn't have a very bad record and sounds like a law abiding citizen in general, that gets counted as an offence that has been committed because of psychological problems and then he can have a correction program too following a psychiatrist from the EMS team. 3. Some dude in a gang murdered 2 people in a crime scene and has been on the run hustling grinding in an illegal way and finally got caught, he gets sent to jail and gets put in for as much time as he really should be in but has forced therapy sessions and a diagnosis for general betterment in the future or at least for the medics and the PD to know.

Well my suggestion is basically just making it more reallistic to actually turn a vehicle's engine on by adding something like a " toolkit " to the store and in order for someone to actually turn a car's engine on that's not his he has to type something like /hotwire and then he gets a scheme to complete or just waits like 60 seconds, you can even make it so that he can fail or succeed depending on luck. The reason why I'm suggesting this is because it's totally unreallistic how someone can just turn a car's engine on in a matter of like 2 seconds without having the keys, even if he was the biggest genius expert car jacking legend in the world he can't simply do that in a matter of 2 seconds, plus I think it would be more fun and more legit and it would make car jackers have to put way more effort into jacking a car including looking around them as there's time to wait, etc etc etc... P.S : I understand this is a light RP server, however this is by no means close to a " heavy rp server " type of thing, however, a minimal level of realism should be there, especially when it comes to this thing, in my opinion.
