Born in Zamość, Poland, Reginald served in the military for 15 years as a communications officer until he was medically discharged for a condition known as "Water on the brain" or Adult onset hydrocephalus.
An opportunity to come to Los Santos arrived when an old friend, Tony, invited him to stay at his place for a vacation last year.
