Simply put, get rid of the names. This is why: Yes I understand that that's real world but this isn't. Not EVERY country has that system and I think roleplaying with what you have is better than giving you an upper-hand because you see their name and can grab them. So what that I can role-play having a stretcher in the back of the ambulance? That gives me NO advantages over anyone in-game. I also have to role-play giving CPR to someone with broken legs as I can't work around what the game doesn't give me. The reason I don't like this is if someone chooses to have plastic surgery the cops RPing the fact they have a picture on their system breaks all role-play because they have no idea what the suspect looks like now but will just read the name and say that's the correct perp. Screw that. Maybe a picture system could be implemented in an update but for now I feel that roleplaying a system like that where you could just read the name and see them in-game is stupid, this is how people use what the game gives them and its MUCH better role-play (video starts at the right spot - 21:15): [media] [/media] As you see he pulls them over for a very damaged vehicle, doesn't "recognise" them from a system that isn't in the game and instead he asks everyone for their ID's. You can see one of them is wanted and doesn't want to give his ID because he thinks he is wanted. He checks the names and says that some of them are free to go but 2 of the names flagged on the system and they have to get out.

Is this just happening on this pier? What about if people park at the carpark under the pier and use the steps to come up? Also we need to test and see if this happens with the engine off. There was never any pop-up to say it had been destroyed until /showvehicles was typed.

I do like how you say that "the cops would most likely just shoot you and the hostage on sight with no consequences". Have you been in a position so far that makes you able to back this opinion up? Also this city is RP for being allowed guns, having gun stores on multiple streets and a license to own a gun, so what cop in their right mind would shoot you for holding a gun. A cop may as you to holster it and give you a warning but they would just handcuff you or taser you for not listening (unless you aim your gun, then you are shoot-to-kill). So long as the civs can role-play a gun scenario better, the cops are going to be less on-edge that it may just end up in a stupid shoot-out because that's what a lot of people see GTA as.

And to the medic who bandaged me up, we had a good laugh with Hathel in the back (I think it was Daniel Roberts) 10/10 would role-play again

Not sure if it is just me but any time I try and purchase the AP Pistol, my game freezes and crashes. I remember talk on discord about removing it and I am not sure if it's out but left in on the menu, which could be causing the issue?

I see Report A Player on here but nothing to actually show appreciation for someones roleplaying. Monica_Ortiz did a great job as a paramedic. Unfortunately no one was in the hospital to see if I had Lupus or not but being the only on-call medic she was busy and did her job well. Much better than any other medic interaction I have. Question: When enough medics are on, do you have any staying behind at the hospital to do a check-up?
