Stuck on this screen now, the only button that works is ‘back’. The ‘Finish’ button does nothing. Please help

In character creation the name tab is scuffed. It only lets you try one name and if that name is taken it no longer lets you try another name as when you press finish it does nothing. You then have to exit and go through character creation all over again just to get one more try and the same happens again.I’ve had this same problem since March. I have not yet played on this server because of it. something similar happens if you have the letter T in your name. It opens the chat, press enter to close it and then it stops the finish button from working. Please please please fix this or help me get through this step.

Hi, The character creation won’t let me finish. I have read to try different names which I have done. It even says at the top of the screen if the name is already taken. On the others it just doesn’t do anything. I received my acceptance email 2 days ago. My username is Ry707. I obviously don’t have an in game name yet. I have no characters on my profile on the website. do I have to wait a certain time after acceptance email or should it be live now? thanks Ryan
