gt:mp issue Timeout after joining the server

I have the same trouble. Tried everything from this topic https://forum.eclipse-rp.net/threads/timeout-crash-on-connect-desync.898/ (including advices from gta network) except reinstalling gta 5/windows i7-4930k ; GTX 780Ti ; 16 GB RAM
