Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: To start off, my vehicle was stolen at the bank at a NCZ. I then found it on top of a mountain, where I could not get a mechanic to come to it. I've tried to report it on the server 4 times, but got no response. I was wondering if I could have it moved to the insurance company, since it is unreachable.
