Make an unmarked job somewhere where an npc tells you about people that have put hits on others, for example say theres a gang member you want killed you can go there and give some info, eg name and where they commonly hang around then players can go up and accept a hit (one at a time) where you try to kill them and get money based on how long it takes you. and say ooc that you were assassinated to stop misunderstandings.
