I'm a new player and I created a forum account as you can see. I can't seem to make an account in game because the entire start screen isn't in english and it prompts me to sign in as if I already have an account. The same is to be said about the website. I have found no where that allows me to create an account and even trying to "restore an account" leads me no where. I need some help, please and thanks.
