  1. Date and time (provide time zone: )  29/08/2021 @ 02:17 #GMT+3

    Character name: Antonio Colombo

Issue/bug you are reporting: Clothes shop has multiple items in each cloth division ( Hat, Top, Legs etc. ), last position of each division cannot be purchased from clothes shop even if enough money. ( tested + confirmed at the clothes shop by the Mission Row ( was not tested in other locations due to the lack of funding ))

Expected behavior:  People should be able to purchase last lot of each cloth division as it is presented, therefore shouldn't dismiss some certain clothes for the benefit of RP opportunities.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate:
Bug confirmed by occasioanal passing by player:

  2. It has came to corroners attention, that current gps system does not work that well.

    Heres a quick example:

Person x calls corroner from Pier to pick up dead body.

Person A picks up call from lets say Paleto, and has around 10km to drive. Once the person A has claimed the call, dead person GPS marker is visible to all corroners on duty!

In most times, someone who is corroner, lets say person B is currently at Mission row, he sees that someone picked call from person X, and sees that he is theoretically nearby and goes to person X.

Person B who did not pick up call, gets to the body first and gets 500$ as per body, more to his corroners duty.

Person B is happy he got additional cash, while person A who is coming to the call, drives all the way to find that body is already serviced by someone else, is frustrated, has wasted time, did not even see that body is already serviced.

What I suggest is to implement such system, when person X calls for coronner service, after initiall call where he explains the situation, he has another argument to answer to the phone, and that is to:

    1) inform only the one corroner who is going to pick up the call ( only corroner who picks it sees gps marker of dead person, other corroners dont see it so they cant "snatch" body)

*this would be displayed at client call as something like "individual offer" *

    2) client informs that he wants to all corroners see the GPS mark, so the body can be picked by any corroner who is nearby, and if someone picked the call, they have to bear in mind that every corroner sees it.  This might be usefull for situations when, for example, PD has had a massive shootout with 20+ bodies and needs as many corroners as possible.

*this would be displayed at client call as something like "open offer" *

Also, it would be generally acceptable if corroners car could fit in 10 and not 5 body bags.

  3. In real live, to ensure that our phones are connected to internet and granted the opportunity to call / send sms or mms to other people, they need to be wirelessly connected to telecom equipment, such as radio communication towers.
Often there are issues with such telecommunication tower equipment, most of them are due to weather conditions, malfunctions, overheating or other issues that happen quite a lot.

In reality, modern telephones uses 2 and more standards to ensure voice / data (sms/internet/mms) communication. For voice/sms/mms mostly used is so called 3rd generation standards (3g), which, according to some continents/countries,
mostly use 700-900 MHz range, whereas internet/VoLTE (voice over LTE) communications are ensured trough 1800-2400 MHz and uses 4th generation standards (4G-LTE)

Main difference that is between these two bands (3g and 4g) is that whith lover frequency used for 3g, due to its physical nature has lover data-transmit rate, but if compared to 4g, it has greater coverage, whereas
4g has higher data transmitting rate, on the other hand its downside is less range of signal that can be successfully received/transmitted trough our phones.

This means, that each telecommunication tower or spot (in most cases) has 2 slightly different technology located on it, to ensure both 3g and 4g radio communications. Our phones cannot use same technology at the same time, that is the reason
why while you are browsing memes on internet, your telephone uses 4g ( if the signal is strong enough), and when you send SMS/MMS or call someone, it switches to 3g and call goes trough another technology, or band, to not go into more
deeper details, this is also reason why you can call 911 while cannot connect to internet to check your social media feed. ( Unless you are really far away from nearest radio tower equipment)
In most cases, telecom companies will install at least 3 sets of both 3g and 4g technology to cover 360 degree radio communication around the tower, each set of cells provide roughly 120 degree, hence 3 are needed to
fully cover surrounding area of antenna. In some cases, less or more sets can be installed, for situations where tower is located near ocean for example, since there is no need to broadcast signal into ocean, where it would
be used by 2-3 people once a few days in best scenario.

Simply speaking, each location has small ventilated booth with either optical / microwave transmitting equipment, some backup batteries, some servers for 2g/3g/4g operation and other equipment, then these are connected via optical fiber
to another set of equipment that is located on upside of tower, this equipment is ensuring that information that is connected trough glass-fiber, is converted into Radio energy,
then these boxes connect to actual antennas, that acts as Radio Signal transmitters / receivers. The small server booths on the other hand is interconnected to telecom data-centers and servers.
Most cases, when local cell-phone coverage issues arises, it is connected to equipment malfunction that occurs time-by-time on almost every location. To not go into deep technical details,
these malfunctions mostly are caused by harsh exploitation conditions - some of the equipment is under clear sky for the most time, and some parts of it doesn't survive more than 2-3 years without proper maintenance.

The idea for the job is that, there would be a radio-telecommunication job HQ located somewhere inside LS or outside of it ( doesn't matter that much )
Upon picking up the job, player would be granted service car equipped (RP'ly) with ladder, electronics components, spare parts and such for either routine maintenance of radio towers, or malfunctions to be fixed.
For routine maintenance, player do not need to take any spare parts from job HQ, since all the necessary spare parts are located into service car, but in case there is a heavy malfunctions, player would require to load
spare parts, such as spare antennas into the car ( car would have room for 3-6 antennas, loading each antenna into car would require to put some CMD and it would take around 30-60 seconds to do )

When player picks car from job HQ and either loads or doesn't loads spare parts into car, he puts some cmd into chat ( /mobile faults for example ) and it shows in small dialog some places that require service.
Ideally, there would be 3-5 radio towers randomly set around whole map that requires routine maintenance, and 1-2 radio towers that required heavy repair such as putting new antennas and removing old ones.

It would also make sense, that routine maintenance is quicker, but paying less and full maintenance takes more time to switch broken equipment and pays better buck.

P.S. This is first revision of such job idea, I just put some ground ideas, If i come up with other ideas, they will be updated in this same tread.
I know this will probably be a night-mare for coders and developers, so please leave your ideas ( if any ) below, any input is warmly appreciated!

No. That feature has already been removed once since players would drop speakers anywhere and everywhere and just f off, leaving an indestructible speaker only removable by SA+.

Thank you for bringing this info, as I was unaware about it. This could be easily fixed by adding a timer, for example, if person places speaker and does not interact with it within 10 minutes, or any other amount of time, that seems fit, it gets destroyed and ends up back to the person who owns it inventory. In case person inventory is full and there is no extra 10 slots (or volume, to be precise) then its get destroyed and needs to be taken back from any postal office or other location. ( as if it was RP'ly recovered by police and brought into for storage until owner is found, since they are not cheap. There could also be a small fee that you need to cover if it was destroyed, while player did not have free slots into inventory, therefore widening RP freedom and making another money sinkhole )

  5. Hello,

My suggestion is plain simple and I believe many players might find it useful, if implemented. I don't believe it could be exploitable in any ways, but please correct me if im wrong on that.

The idea is simple - In reality, it would be really quickly noticeable, if someone would attempt to steal your battery-operated boombox ( or soundbox, speaker, etc ), meaning that it is either

wired trough audio cable ( 3.5mm jack) or via Bluetooth and music is RP'ly played from your phone. This means, that if someone tries to /takespeaker, you would immediately notice, that either someone is tinkering around it, or that music is interrupted, which in turn makes you notice person who is stealing it.

What I suggest is to either make Speakers not take-able from other players when placed for listening, but tradable as regular item ( hence the RP'ly it would be considered nrp ) OR make the thief wait 1-2 minutes before he/she works around disconnecting speaker from audio cable or he/she would have to use some sort of Bluetooth microchip to deauthenticate Bluetooth connection. This will give fair amount of time for owner of speaker ( he / she would receive notification, that someone is attempting to steal it, unless far far away from it?) and give better opportunities to RP such situations, while situation is not biased script-wise towards thief.

  6. In my opinion, robbing/kidnapping should have its standarts up,i mean, most of people do it by simply taking gun out and shouting "hAnDs" in a loop. Like, they should at least put 2-3 /me /do's before saying anything in voip, its straight powergaming / non-rp, if attacker doesnt provide quality rp prior attempting to rob/kidnap anyone, it should be allowed to just spray them down head to to without any rp, same way they do it.

Also +1 for the fact that it is reasonable to attempt to flie if someone is pointing gun at you, not everyone irl stand still, someone might try run, someone might try hit gun out of attacker etc...

  7. Cool idea, just that animals would spawn in some of the areas after you spent there some time ( for example, you stay in area for 3 minutes, then longer you stay in the area, more animals spawns ), so that server wont get lags when no one is going to hunt animals.
