1+ i have to agree as a Corner driving around people don't like to sit around at dead body's waiting for someone to drive across the map it would be nice if u report it the yellow skull stays and the Request stays till someone takes the request and arrives at the body to pick it up it would make things easy to know ok i can go to this spot with or without the person being there.

-1 and i will explain why that's why they make taxis if people see they are able to get there license back easy ok than they will continue to break the laws driving fast and doing dumb things in there car you have to put this idea in a big picture oh i only have to wait 2 - 24 hours yay i can drive though all speed zones oops gone to jail im out in 2 - 24 hours ill have my license back. People will abuse it too much that's why its set for 48 hours to make you think.
wow i have no way to get around but by taxi for 24 hours i should drive Smarter than speed everywhere i seen people get ran over cause idiots don't slow down and they hit and run someone if there was a cure for that to stop that and to stop idiots from driving the bus and ramming things than i would give this a 1+ but i issue u a challenge to think of a way to stop that from happening and i will give it a 1+.

i love the idea but i am going to challenge u on this what if the Police Take in and impound a RV thats been cooking Coke i saw theses guys the police turned in a rv smoking and only reason cops notice was the fact he saw the smoke a NPC i don't think wont see that what do you think they could do to make sure cooks don't get away with RVs cooking Coke currently.

I believe we need a CSI I have met cops who don't care how the person died who killed him tons are not rats so they would speak out on who killed the guy it would be nice if there was a group in LSPD and SD dedicated to finding out who did it so a warrant can be delivered and dealt with just as if a cop kills a Perp it needs to be investigated by CSI before Corners Office can remove the body. I been doing the Corners work and i transported 20 - 25 body's easy it's messed up alot of cops don't investigate Murders but again this is my opinion that taking the body to get 500 for each body is a great idea but before they take the body there needs to be investigated and find the criminal who did it and yes I understand it's just a game but investing murders solving them I know tons would find it fun.
Like today I saw a guy get shot I never spoke up who did it all the cops did was take one Deformed bullet and left like they did not care it would be nice to have someone look into finger prints and other things that u could add to help making solving murders like oh there is blood on the ground not where the victim take blood DNA from victim and all the blood spots if they found them before than they have DNA and Finger prints on file.
like the guy today had no gloves but was still free so we need a group to stand up for the Victims who have no voice and the people who die who are just victims of wrong place wrong time or just people who wanna kill for fun.

I agree they should make it fair. It's either both or no one. However I don't see how chopping PD cars should be a thing. Nobody would do it in real life if their objective is money.
Actually some people will cause it can make them more reputation to steal a cop car and chop it maybe no cash value but think of the headlines Cops lose cop cars to gangs is huge Reputation and they chop it and successfully thats more reputation there but i think money value is a good thing to have.

+1 I really think that this is an issue as it is just for police cars which makes them almost impossible to steal.
also let me add on, in the police car many people have aimed at a cop and made him unlock is cruiser and when they enter it tells them "you don't have keys to this vehicle" then they just get arrested.
+1 funny is a friend of mine i distracted a cop saying i dont want to get in the car leaving it unlocked so my friend hopped in and stole the car and drove off so he did not have the issue you don't have keys to this vehicle so i think stealing and chopping cop cars would be great addition to the game as i have said before granted CRIME will go up in car thefts making the cops take them more serious if even there cop cars are not safe.
there should also be a penalty to the cop for it being stolen and chopped so that is somthing to look into.

Make a new legal character and don't do crimes, or do crimes and be smart about it.
Alot of new players fall into the pit too early and voids their chances of getting a gun license. Either go through with it as eventually you'll have access to other sources of guns, or make a new character and start fresh.
Form C was introduced for really long time players who messed up and lost their licenses. Even then its not the most realistic, someone with murder irl wouldn't be able to get their license back, but its an option in Eclipse. Form B still exists if you messed up but didn't mess up too bad. My character got busted with drugs early on and lost his license. Since I never tried to kill anyone, I got my license back after a few months and went legal.
Essentially, its something IC that doesn't necessarily turn into an IC issue since there are other means to get guns. If you want a change then you should try to become one of the people at the Firearms Licensing Division.
its a video game is what we are all saying making someone have to play for 1 year 6 months efore they can get there gun license back hell one message i got from a officer was i have to wait 2 years in RL to get it back in my book we need less time so people can decide if they wanna leave the gang life and go Legal they can and they dont have to wait 1 year 6 month to get a gun license it should be 3 months than reply for gun license which is more reasonable.

Says in The Goverment site to apply again for a gun permit you have to wait 6 years which is 1 year 6 months well in my book that is too long for anyone to go without a gun granted i do understand you want to punish people who break the law i am Suggesting that the rule be changed need to be lowered cause its irritating when you have to go to some gang and buy guys from them just to have a gun than u cant even carry it on u without a cop coming up to you and ask you to see ur license.
Than he takes you to jail which makes it so u cant get ur permit again for even longer without a gun in the city you have no chance to survive very well being a criminal in my book if its on ur character but not in the slot where you put it to equip it than the cop should rp and ASK can i see the gun? and they can say back to the cop no and if the cop feels there lying about it being equiped they can have a admin come in and check.
The Cops are too overpowered on the rules doing what ever they want when they want yet a criminal wants to hide his gun so he can carry it on him so just in case someone trys to shoot him or steal his car but they cant cause they have to leave it in the car to ensure cops dont take it from them there needs to be heavy change in the rules of Gun Permits and what cops can see if the cop feels the person is lying about the gun being equiped than the cop should bring in a admin to verify its not equiped.
In the game its impossable to hide a gun on your self but in real life i could easy hide a gun on me and in real life cops dont ever catch on like hide it in my jacket or somthing we need a system set up to make it so criminals who cant get a gun license can carry but not get harrassed just cause the cop so called can see the gun on you when its not equiped im sure tons of people can agree it would make the RP better.
Cause than criminals can safely walk in public with guns on them as long as its not equiped its just a idea i am throwing out there to change a couple rules Mainly to give people a chance to beable to carry Guns again and to stop cops from being Overpowered with being able to just say oh i see the gun do u have a gun license let me see your license.
i just got a idea why not have it so u can right click the gun thats listed not equiped and click hide which makes the gun vanish on you but only time its visable is when you fully Equip it just a solution maybe

I came to Los Santos for a fresh start, but no matter what happens I seem to get mixed back up in the Mafia life.
Let's start from the begining of my story i Negan Lucian was born on October 17, 1990 as Negan Wesker in Las Ventura, San Andreas to Lean and Lina Wesker. They loved their son very much, and did everything they could to give their son a better life than they had. Leon went to work for Caligulas Palace, a casino in the area that was owned and operated by the Sindacco Family, when I was 8. The family was headed by Paulie Sindacco.
One day while Leon was working security, four dirt bikes drove in and started causing mayhem. They drove through it, and began gunning down anyone that stood in their way as they made it to the vault. Utilizing uzis they gunned down tens of guards and hundreds of people sustained injuries. My dad was the only thing keeping them from escaping, and as they started driving out, he began to fire several rapid shots in quick succession at each biker. All the bikers were shot down, but Leon had sustained multiple GSWs and unfortunately did not survive.
Paulie and his men took the money that was already baonored as a hero.
Years passed, and I was boosting cars and robbing people when one of Paulie's men found me and told me to follow him. Paulie told me that he wanted me to do some work for him. Paulie Sindacco helped me learn how to steal cars that were higher value than the ones I was already boosting. He taught me how to be strategic in my work, and showed me how to get my hands dirty without getting in trouble with the law. I worked for him for two years when he called me into his office one day. He told me he wanted to make me a true Sindacco, but I turned him down. I told Paulie I wanted to join the Army, and try to better my life. Paulie was not pleased with my statement, and the day I left he told me I better never come back to Las Ventura. After that I left, without a glance back, to join the Army and climb the ranks to see what I could make of myself.
Advancing in the Army took me on multiple missions including CLASSIFIED and CLASSIFIED and over time I grew numb to the idea of death and loss. After I was handed my discharge papers a day after my 29th birthday I was on my way to the airport to fly home when word range out that Paulie Sindacco was killed while on a boat in Liberty City during a successful operation carried out by my former unit. Knowing that there was too much potential for me to get dragged into a revenge plot and wanting to keep my mother safe, I made a decision that would change my life. Trading in my ticket to Las Ventura, I opted for the only cheaper one available. Los Santos, here I come.
During my time in the Army, I went on several missions and overtime grew numb to the idea of death and loss. I became part of a scout sniper team, and after several long years, I was disharged a day after my 29th birthday. I was headed to the airport when I received word that Paulie Sindacco was shot while on a boat in Liberty City. I know word would get out soon because the person responsible for his death was part of my last unit, so I traded my ticket to Las Ventura, for one to Los Santos.

Yes, I believe we do need to move all /commands into an IC interactions like a phone application or interactive hover text.
No, I don't think some of the suggestions are needed. The following would be a better implementation / balance.
Your 'Mors App' should consist of the following and have a bit of RP sense to them.
- On opening, displays your list of owned vehicles with the following information...

Plate/VIN Sensor (would be displayed next to or under the vehicle name and plate in small text)

RPly these would be sensors installed at the following locations that relay that your vehicle is sensed in that area.
- Mors.
- House Garage.
- Parking Lot.
- Impound.
- If not in a location, and 'in the world' It would simply say 'not detected'.

True there bro true there but than again we are talking about a Guardian it is not possible to access a guardian like that so i would find it better to beable to unlock one door at a time that u need than unlock all doors to access the trunk i dont mind keeping K to unlock all doors but we need another way to unlock one door as needed like in real life i dont need to click a button to unlock all my doors when i can stick a key in and unlock my one door

1st of all. you can't use your phone in jail NRP.
2nd of all this wouldn't be a good addition as imagine you are chopping someones car at a chop shop. instead of them tracking it. they would just lock it making it impossible to chop it.
3rd of all it would be power gamey and it would be OP in game. Tracking your car is good enough and I think it would be better off just the way it is.
i never said useing your phone in jail im talking when you get out of jail car thefts are the number one crime in the game i seen tons of people one whole day just star jacking cars off the pier like stealing candy over and over and over tons car thefts needs a defense to slow down the amount of cars stolen in the course of the game and it would not be OP cause when it comes down to it cause all u have to do is pick lock the car and start it up that is OP on its self.
there needs to be another thing they have to do to steal the car so they cant just pick lock it and drive away so easy in real life its not that easy to steal a car i have had other people tons of them say they rather steal cars than cook drugs they rather steal cars than hit stores they rather steal cars than hit banks thats not very good if cars are number 1 crime in the game.
they need a new way to slow down the amount of cars stolen this could slow it down this is all a idea not Legit what they would fully do just a idea to help out and there is nothing in game that tells you how to track your car with the command /showvehicles so when i was new i had no idea i could use that and with the other guy i do agree about getting rid of VIP but to get rid of certin things there needs to be a balance to crime so far the balance is off Heavy with more cars stolen than anything else done.

+1 i love this ideas but what if there was a shovel in game that u can buy say i killed 3 guys who are my rivals but taking them to a foundry no take them to MD nah why not ok ok u can Bury Them your self your own dumping grounds be cool tho got dead bodys hidden than one day someone ends up some how finding the place and the bodys can cops can investiage them to determine who they are.
how they died and try to figure out who killed them to charge them with murder of how many bodys be like a killer ass RP where one guy is Random Murdering people like the shovel could take like 60 seconds to dig a grave than another 60 seconds to refill the grave and u can put as many bodys as u want in a grave.

-1 As someone who is trying to get more jobs for Truck Drivers, I don't think that Gas station employee should "refuel the gas".+2 for more jobs and more on rp Actually they could run it in favor of also Truck Drivers cause say the employee orders gas than it will come up on a Truck Driver order so they can take do gas delivery or what ever else needs to be delivered to the employee to make the gas station or store to continue running so u should do 2+ cause it helps both fields as long as they run it that way

Be cool for a application on ur phone that you can use to lock your car remotely Track ur cars where abouts and if stolen a section on the APP for STOLEN CAR so here is a idea of the stolen car section when u click on the car that was stolen listen in the App it has at the bottom in red STOLEN CAR once you click the THE GPS updates as your car is moving so it sends the cords to the cops that the car is stolen.
see that would make the RP more realisitic cause in real life cops can track your stolen car all they need is The Code that activates your tracker but than here is the part that stops it being OP is you have to do /DestroyTracker to take out the tracker of the car u have to buy one at the LS Customs which is part of one guy did a post for Secruity upgrades like Level 1 - 4 for car alarms but why not have it so u can track it they cant destroy the tracker when they feel like it they have to stop.
than type it than wait a few seconds like 10 seconds for the tracker to break plus you can unlock and lock the car with it if you want say ur in jail and a friend is near ur car and can bring u the car u can unlock and start the car for them from the App you can also sell the car from the car app and pick where to sell it and how much or you can Transfer the Car from the application also so u dont have to get in the car.

+1 i like this idea cause than i can use my computers recording for Rule Breakers and my body cam for IC issues but lets just hope they dont do oh love the idea but lets make it so its Wireless that it sends it to a thing in ur car or to ur phone

I was Driving one day from the Pier To The Drop off for fish granted i have a truck and i have to unlock all the door just to access the trunk and it got stolen i think they should offer whats in houses to unlock things like you use E to use the door handles why not Use the same function to not only open the door but to unlock the one door to access the car cause think of it like this how it was stolen was cuase i have to unlock and walk to the back of the truck.
Which also unlocks all Doors and they hopped right inside and drove off which in my book could of been avoided if they would allow us to unlock one door by / Command or using the mouse and using E just like to open truck and search trunk heck houses have the feature why cant cars yes keep the K unlock all im not saying get rid of that but being able to unlock one door would stop people from being able to steal you car.
Granted dose not mean you have to change pick locking to being only able to pick lock that one door than having to pick lock the trunk to steal there stuff lol but it would reduce the amount of stolen cars if you can add people needing to be able to unlock the one car door or trunk i hate that i lost 14k in fish cause the game did not have that feature i feel it would benefit even the Factions make being a criminal a little harder but more fun cause you have to put more work into ur pick locking.
Plus i seen a guy im sure he will see this and comment but he menioned needing Hotwire kit to hotwire a car it would be worth adding do it as a Command and not somthing you buy like /hotwire and license plate number just a idea can help stop car thefts of people who unlock there cars to empty it and it gets stolen cause its dumb as hell to steal someones car right infront of them.

Speed Cameras are needed at the Toll roads to stop people from speeding in those areas people keep speeding cause if they speed fast they can glitch though the toll bridges and not have to pay it they already can go though for free by following another car but they need to make it so people need to slow down in that spot if admins watch The Toll Booths they would see so much Chaos there its crazy people speeding and smashing into the toll booths.
I almost died a few times there when a bus flew though and Slammed into my car into its back end when i had people ahead of me
