the car is still on my panel, like i own it but i can't find it in the server..

I bought a car warrener and after few days, when i logged in the server i didin't see the car on the map... game told that i have to go to inssurance to find my car, but in the inssurance said there were no vechicles... after that i thought the car was in police impound but also wasn't, then i thought i will ask a cop for assistance... gave my license, gave description of the car and the license plate, but still no result. I don't know what to do next.. searched the whole map for the car with no result. the make of the car is warrner the license plate is 53KR2D81 and the owner is Mikus Ironfist... can you please help me?
