RAGE MP client crashes right after "VALIDATING SERVER ASSETS"

try installing a free vpn (like CloudFlare WARP). Then when attempting to download the assets, make sure you have CloudFlare on. Then you should be able to download the assets. Admin recommended it to me and it fixed my issue of not being able to download the assets for Eclipse.
