But it works fine on higher display sizes. You can however try to listen to the engine's smoke coming out as it should normally do that once your vehicle is in a weak/damaged state, stick with it till somebody finds a fix for it/whenever the developers decide to fix low display sizes issues.

Your vehicle's brakes also would not act normal and you would hear unusual noises coming from the engine.

Anyways, that's how I would deal with it if I was to be in your situation till it gets fixed.

This is not a bug, they are just set and placed on a bigger display size. The previous interface had the same issues with stuff like captions. You just need to set your display size to a higher one.

Issue/bug you are reporting: You can't see engine hp on the new hud with lower resolutions because the new phone is on top of it

Expected behavior:  Either new phone or hud got moved around a little so every player, despite their resolution could see everything clearly

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I know I am one of the minority, whose pc can barely run gta on 800x600, but Im no different than any others and I still want to see my engine health

[Cant create character]

Hey, I also had this bug while creating my character a few weeks ago. I figured out that if you don't input a correct, unused name in the first time, second time you press create, nothing would happen and you had to relogin and do your character once again. Just look for a very unique name and make sure it is correct the first time you press "Create".

Not sure about this one, because as someone mentioned it would be disaster if all of the items dropped into one pile and you had to work around them to find what you need, but the problem with stuck crates and bags really needs to be fixed somehow.
