  1. Having to work and focus on specific job or action should be rewarded more than just a bag of cash. I have played GTA Roleplay since 2012 and most of the server that I played lack of what you call a variety of goals. I think if the devs implement skill progression in each action that you do, it will make the roleplay more fun and rewarding and each people have different unique capabilities. Here's a few example: - A person that does multiple fistfight should have more advantage than a regular person. Maybe a higher chance to knockout a person in one blow. - A person that does a lot of medical treatment will likely to revive an injured person by doing /cpr, meanwhile a regular person should have a slight chance to revive and higher chance to kill the patient if they do /cpr without any experience. - A person that goes for fishing all the time should have slim chance to lose the fish from his/her hook. Licenses will be more useful and they can acquire them from the official govt to have atleast a basic experience towards the skill that the license states. I think this is it, if anyone could add another example on the comment section that would be helpful thanks
