+1 Admins should be more concerned about this issue because there are a lot of players who can contribute positively to the server if given another chance. A player's bad past should not determine their future in the server, and everyone deserves a second chance. If admins show leniency towards ban evaders, it will send out the message that they are willing to give people another chance as long as they have learned from their mistakes. This will only serve to improve the quality of Role-Play on the server overall.
