Whenever your character is injured the bag you are carrying in your hands disappears instead of dropping on the floor or anything realistic.

Add real life cars, This could improve the realism of the roleplay itself and make vehicles more fun to use. This would be time consuming but I believe it could give a positive impact and be worth it.
