To start off I have a forum account under a different email address that I have forgotten the password to (on forums). When I click the forgot password link and type in the email I do not receive anything regarding a password change from eclipse. And I have old emails from eclipse on the same email so I know that this is the right email I am typing in. After trying over and over again, waiting days, checking the spam/junk folder, and checking other emails just to be sure I have gotten no where. I reached out to the discord server to see what they would say and one of the support staff simply said to make a new forum account. That is good and all but I would like my other account to be linked to my characters in case something happens where I am reported or something and I need to defend myself. I do not know if I ever linked the two on the other account but when I try to use this account to link my in game account with the other email it says "something went wrong, try again later". So all I really want is for someone to help me retrieve my old forum account so I can apply for jobs, report incidents, and my character in the forums. I can provide information to verify it's actually me and answer security questions if needed. PLEASE HELP!
