Issue/bug you are reporting: It started when I was delivering packages, I fell off a balcony with a package in my hand so I couldn't call for help. When I bled out my character model just moved to the hospital but I was still dead and unable to move or access any menus. So I relogged, I was still stuck unable to move and access menus, but this time my character model was back where I died. I tried this a couple more times and the same thing happened. When I tried to log onto that same character today, it gets half way through the intro animation where it zooms in on Los Santos, then my game crashes. So now I can't even load on that character.
Expected behavior: When I bled out I should have respawned at the hospital.
Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I had a postal parcel in my hand when I died, I can't think of anything else that could have caused the bug.
