Issue/bug you are reporting: My vehicle teleported to the city garage after taking it out of my eclipse towers apartment.
Expected behavior: The vehicle spawns infront of eclipse towers

The vehicle showed it being spawned at eclipse but quickly disappeared. It was at the city garage on the blue marker when I went to pick it up.
