  1. Lore: EBK Of Los Santos is a LS gang derived from old members of an Chicago gang/alliance called the Folk Nation. The story of the Folk Nation begins in 1974, with the death of David Barksdale, leader of the recently formed Gangster Disciples Nation. Having them seized power, Larry Hoover called for a meeting with other local gang leaders, in an effort to strengthen the black presence in southern Chicago. In 1978, an agreement among members of several Disciple gangs was reached. A new alliance, formally known as the Folk Nation, would be formed to lend aid to any group that struggled for survival within the city of Chicago, All gangs were bound to help each other with the protection of their neighborhoods and of their business interests. Albeit officially fighting under the same banner, all members of the Folk Nation were to retain their independence, their colors, and their customs, Rivalries within the alliance would be ironed out through large meetings. In the 90s the Folk Nation begin to tear apart and several members began to disperse into either neutral groups or rival gangs havoc began within the nation and many sub gangs became their own and claimed their own neighborhoods and colors. Around this time five members of the Folk Nation Spidey, OE, EX, Louis and Xans who were in the sub gang Black Disciples decided to travel to a new area and regroup, the five members immigrated to Los Santos; when they arrived they noticed that there was a considerable amount of gang violence within the city and decided to form a gang to protect the people from the other gangs that were creating fear within the town. Meaning/Abbreviation: EBK (Everybody Killa) general meaning of only associating with one's members of the family, they can be heard saying FTO (Fuck The Opposition) as rebuttal to gangs and government officials who oppose what they believe in, recently they've been willing to discuss peace with other gangs. Colors/Appearance: EBK members can be seen wearing Orange and Black but they don't generally believe in "Color banging." Current Situation: EBK Of Los Santos are currently working on getting their name out there and working towards being the most respected gang in the city, they're dealing firearms and narcotics to the public and providing protection to civilians and immigrants (New players), EBK members don't have any natural enemies other than LSPD but they're extremely militant and don't plan on being pushed around by any other factions within the city gang or government officials Future Plans: Continue to grow by gaining more members to help distribute drugs and weaponry throughout the city. EBK biggest goal is to overall change how the city is being ran and becoming the city's largest supplier How To Join: Joining EBK must be done IC, you cannot under any circumstances join EBK through ANY OOC source, to join EBK you must prove you're willing to not only represent EBK but to live by and stand by our practices (DON'T JUST COME TO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD) if you see a EBK member ask to be put through the recruitment process and work on proving you're made for the street life, EBK is generally a African American gang so it's a lot easier to join if you're roleplaying being a African American teenager/adult but we aren't opposed to any other races as long as you're not a law abiding citizen, we are not a legal faction and don't plan to ever be. Authority: EBK has a very structured hierarchical organization. At the top of the national group are the"Chairmans," Who hide within the gang to get a feeling of how the gang is being ran from the inside. Underneath the Chairmans are "Board Members," who maintain contact with state and regional leaders--the "Governor-of-Governors," "Governors," and "Assistant Governors." The Governor-of-Governors and Governors set member recruitment goals, enforce gang rules, collect and disperse dues and funds, and approve criminal activity to be carried out by gang members. Governors typically coordinate much of the criminal activity that occurs within a particular state. Assistant governors collect dues from individual groups, called "counts" or "decks." The leader of each count is called a "First Coordinator" or "First C." A "Regent" is a leader responsible for several counts within a state. Each state additionally has a "Chief Enforcer," responsible for enforcing the gang's codes and regulations. If a member violates a gang rule, the Chief Enforcer must authorize a "Kill on Sight" order or a "green light," which authorizes physical punishment against that member. Each "count" also has a Chief Enforcer. The counts' Chief Enforcers additionally head up "enforcement teams" and "clean-up crews," comprised of members who enforce the rules and administer discipline against those who do not. Some counts specifically name their enforcement teams, for example, "Top Shootas" and "Outstanding Members" are two specially named teams.
