Issue/bug you are reporting: On duty DOC does not get paid outside of the prison anymore. Whenever guards go on transports, trainings, etcetra, they no longer accumulate hours onto their salary even if they are in or standing next to a faction vehicle.
Expected behavior: We should get paid while near DOC vehicles like it was previously before updating to rage 1.1
Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: To test this just drive outside of the DOC a little ways while on DOC duty. Doesn't matter if you are in a faction vehicle or not
