Expected behavior: I was told that by changing my IC name that all criminal charges would be wiped out. I changed my name, and my criminal charge is still there.
Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Payed $25,000 to change my name. Had officer perform background check. I still have charge.
