Issue Being Reported: I'm not able to register because of a blurry screen. Everything downloaded and I'm loaded into the game, hear people driving and nothing pops up for registering. GTA V is bought directly from rockstargames and it is not modded. Above Voice: (in game) i have "-1| 15611436365" and the second (long number) keeps rising.
