Hi, please add some system to the game that help player to track vehicle's doors lock status.
for instance you can add some small lock icon to the vehicle status bar on bottom right corner of the screen, if the vehicle is lock the icon show a small lock in it and if not it disappears the icon.
clean and practical.

actually real price for this is something between 1200 to 1500 because of parking space for boats. even houses in mirror parks or vinewood don't have this perk. we are looking for a real buyer who want to buy this and live there and not people who try to buy it cheap and make profit from it.

as i remember i bought my drag for 220 k ^^ so should i sell it for 220k now ? the prices changed because of the customer's requests and rarity of the items or stuffs. this house is on a good price and everybody knows that.

we are not mad at all, i personally really don't care if he want it or no. that house is at good price already and the real buyer will buy it sooner or later. actually, this is very small amount of our properties and as we told you before we are not in rush to sell it. if buyers want to buy it, they are more than welcome and if the don't, they can buy what ever they want.
but about you, it's different story you really need to grow up and this is your fate ^^ so go and embrace it. haha

hello, guys we need to be united and feed developers with good suggestions to help them making ECRP a better place for everyone to play, i personally don't judge or gave these suggestions base on what i want today in this server and don't wanna spam this topic to show how much property i already have or not. what i'm looking for is better rules and fair income for everyone, including new players to veterans. i know that developers in ecrp have so many stuff to do and developing a new feature for the server is very time consuming and it needs to test and debug for a long time before lunch but according to my experience in rp games, it will payback the effort well. so please keep in mind i don't cry for my dream vehicles, houses and so on. i already have most of things i wanted but i still feel some rules is not fair and do my best to change it.

All i would suggest is get a union going, and refuse orders less then what you feel is acceptable. I think if players took the incentive and took it seriously and got a faction rolling that support would be given from the admin side to assist more so, but so long as these jobs are getting completed what's going to motivate shop keepers to lose money.
we need admins to pass a rule about the prices per order, it can be depend on the type of stuff you deliver and it's quantity. one or two trucker cant stop new players from delivery these low price orders

this price is for 2018 xD nowadays it's like at least 2.5 to 3 m in vinewood.

we also need some system to make it possible to read vehicle's plates more easily, at the moment it is fairly unread even from a short distance.

this house is special one :
1) it has 500 vol stash
2) you can park car or boat in its garage
3) the house is on the main alley and you can easily park big car and trucks like phantom
4) you can fish on your house's backyard and store fishes in the house's stash to sell later
5) you have a great space to remodel and design around the house since you don't have any neighbor around
6) it's close to HE and Weazel news and so on
to be honest with you this is one of the best 3g houses in the canal.

Hi guys, i want to add some more suggestions to this article:
1) about the trucker job developer can and should add some jobs from npc or AI (i mean orders that not created by players and we can add it to another tab when all the players orders are done or it's under 5 orders in list it can shows up) the logic can works same as post deliveries or money transfer job. the money you get can depend on the time you spend to deliver it or your xp on trucker job! so with this feature, when you want to play as a trucker, a job is always guaranteed for you.
2) why fishing drop and other jobs which its money goes to your salary should be NCZ? we pay the tax for it and we deserve a good protection on drop off ! same as other government jobs.
3) please remove the 1 vol space from mine pickaxes!! and change it to 0 and a miner can carry 50 kg per run instead of 41 kg ! and the life for miners become much more easier and healthier.
4) people be able to catch different types of the fishes depend on the experience or luck, it could be different on weight or something.
5) trucker job should be a government job and same as taxi, people should go there and fill a form , interview and then hire and take salary. so store owners cant put the low deliveriy prices on their orders and abuse new players! server should pass a rule on the delivery prices, for instance N volume of material X should be at least $ dollar to delivers according to a chart or something. not 20000 liters of fuel for 1500$ and the owner deliver it by they own on afk!!! this is NPR and against the server rules.
5) rare items on dark auction house are always welcome to the server. this server really needs a real auction house.
