+1. I agree with this, but the specifics will have to be changed. If it showed everyone, I believe the list will be too long and it will show a lot of inactive people. I'm sure there is a way this can be changed on the backend, but I suggest the following. Show all players with active warrants AND have be active in the past 30 days.

If nobody said it yet, fine I'll be that guy. This is an IC suggestion. Feel free to bring this up in game to the proper channel.
Suggestions are for the devs to look at and implement if they feel necessary. The devs don't handle IA.

-1. As mentioned, investigations on the server are limited due to a couple different reasons. Statements go nowhere as people either lie, refuse to talk, or unintentionally provide incorrect information. Just like in real life you need evidence to arrest someone, he said she said will get you nowhere.
If you compare this to real life crime, in todays day and age 90% (or a majority) of crime will be recorded by something. If you commit a crime IRL it will probably be recorded by something.
I disagree with Thang's statement but I will keep this on topic.

-1. I am against capping any faction, illegal or legal. I believe this hinders RP. I am especially against capping the LEO factions. If someone calls 911 someone needs to answer. On top of that I consider LEO's an essential faction. When other factions are low on players, LEO's handle it. No MD, LEO's got it. No LSC, we can tow you. Players always complain LEO's don't respond to the impound, capping LEO's will only exasperate the above problems.

I do agree with your above statement, for the most part. The dwindling players base hinders the crim rp. I do not believe this is correlated with the LEO's though.

Hello Welcome to eclipse!
There are a couple of gangs running around, however in my opinion criminal rp is at rock bottom. We are far past peak of criminal rp that I say from 2019-2021. Will criminal RP return to its glory, maybe maybe not. Why criminal RP is on life support, is a topic for another discussion. There is plenty of posts on this if you browse around.
In the meantime, there is nothing stopping you from starting your own gang!

+1. When the road workers were first released, you had the option for a truck similar to this without the lights. Not sure why they took it away. We are supposed to have a realistic RP server, but road workers are driving around with transport vehicles.

-1. I mostly agree with OP's suggestion. But I have a different way of going about it.
Instead of changing the base armour stats I would suggest that the headshot modifiers get changed. Yes, people should not be eating headshots for days. You'll see my clip below I get shot in the head first, and it removes a smidge of health and armour. It should remove at least 25%-50%, so 2-3 headshots no matter the gun = downed.
PD is not superhuman, and we usually lose the fight from my experience. Criminals have the advantage to plan, PD has the health advantage. We see a cop eating bullets in the above clip, however lets see the flip side of the coin. Four criminals with pistols smoke four cops. Link. In my experience this is what happens, cops get ambushed.
If I may speak freely, in my over two years in PD, I can count on one hand the amount of gun fights I have been in. In my opinion there are bigger issues on the server. I would suggest Devs focus on more pressing issues, I.E gun, drugs, clothing, etc?

I agree the server needs a central hub again. City feels empty without it. This seems like a good replacement.
Maybe also add in some mini games inside the mall, like go karts, laser tag (probably could be played with tasers), etc?

+1 I agree with this idea. Maybe this will be only in effect for 1 week. I would agree this would help see something different and change up the pace.
