    Yes, it is. It went through the process of being registered on the government website which was approved. After that, you go through the process of applying for a business license which took quite some time and I also had a government official come and inspect the building whether it meets the requirements. After that, I paid a fee and then got approved. If you wish to see the documents I have all the papers regarding this matter with me, contact my phone number if you wish to see it in person.

    Our tier system is not something scripted, this means that if we give a faction an F4 menu theyll have access to taking over turfs and ordering, this in turn means that Faction Services has to keep an extra eye on all of these factions.
    With your reasoning this would mean that you can tell each other to save POV easier with an F4 menu whilst we already allow factions to have a discord where they can send OOC messages to each other.
     

    A simple solution for you is to appoint every criminal faction with handlers a legal F4 menu. This only comes with faction chat, no problem!

    bulletproof cars shouldn't even exist on the server, the mod section where you can apply plates on the car should be disabled on all cars overall, it makes no sense to buy a brand new car from a dealership, hit a local mechanic workshop in the city and make your car a tank

    As most of the people are aware as of now, Shenzhen Dragons have decided to disband. The decision was made by the High-Command of the faction, mainly for OOC reasons. Throughout the entire existence of the faction, Shenzhen Dragons have always remained at the top of the criminal scene and not at any point they lost their relevancy.

    I would like to personally thank all of our past members as without you, the faction wouldn’t have been what it was. The gang had reached its full potential and has become way bigger than I ever thought it would.

    Thanks to everyone that made it an authentic experience.
