Issue/bug you are reporting: The base costs of the vehicle mods are off by 2.5k (for me at least, could be different per player), if I have a total mod cost of 0, the mechanic sees it as 0, if I add a paint job worth 5k, the mechanic sees it as 5k, but when making the offer, it becomes 7.5k. Not only for paint-jobs, as other parts create the same issue, an increase of 2.5k to the base cost.
Expected behavior: The base cost of the transaction should be the base cost showed in /modview for the player and the mechanic.

Got in touch with an admin through the report system, was advised to record the issue. Multiple mechanics have seen this bug happening today, including the one shown in the video.
