Instead of the farm how about giving NCZ to the warehouse? Because many people including me are being robbed in the warehouse and not the farm. It kinda sucks when you have small space to get cover while they can surround you from outside the warehouse with no escape point. I kinda liked the idea of giving the farmer shotgun so they can defend themselves when gangs are robbing them in the farm.
