I understand this server is brilliant in terms of content and quality, however I know a few extra options that may help tweak it in the right direction (Sorry if these have already been mentioned)
1. Online Banking System - The ability to transfer money to and from contacts therefore reducing the risk of being robbed at an ATM point or whilst trading cash between friends/associates.
2. Judiciary System - The ability to become a lawyer and represent either the people or the accused in a court of law, maybe the courtroom would be hard to implement but you could use makeshift rooms such as police interview rooms, privately owned buildings etc. (This gives everyone a chance to a fair trial and also adds a lot more RP fun into the game)
3. A levelling system for every type of job, for example: Committing a store robbery, after you've made so much cash from robbing stores you'd rank up in that aspect and be able to take more money at a time, or as a postal order man you deliver so many mails you rank up and receive more money for the jobs you do.
4. The ability to craft small weapons such as Knives, Bats, Pistols and Ammo Carts in your own home (Or even add factories around the map you can buy to manufacture weaponry) - This idea isn't 100% as I know it could be a lot of work, however I feel this would add a lot more incentive to push toward another goal (The goal being owning your own factory), I understand this may prove OP to some people however you could make it so Factories are very expensive and only certain types of weaponry and equipment can be made there.
5. A way to customise or create your own clothing design (This would be a lot of work in game) - For example if you wanted to add a private gang logo to a t-shirt or jacket, you could manufacture these in your home with maybe a "Sewing Machine" (New Item). This would add the ability to make your gang standout without just using basic colouring and hair style schemes. So a prime example would be that if The Irish wanted to add a clover to the jackets they wear this would be possible through an in-game designing application. (Long Shot but it sounds cool)
6. Make a maximum scam limit on the game - such as $15,000? I know rules about scamming were removed however it's a loophole as you can be scammed in a NCZ and you cannot do anything about it.
7. Add the ability to get pets, I know Chop the Dog and wild Coyotes are programmed into GTA V so I can imagine there are other pet models that could possibly be added, these wouldn't make much difference within the game but it would be nice as a cosmetic idea and for RP reasons. (Adding a vets to the game so if your pet dies/gets injured you can recover them there for a fee, which also adds a new job)
8. Keep up the hard work admins! You guys are doing great so far, I've seen a lot of you responding quickly to reports from players and dealing with them in appropriate manners, and we all appreciate it!
Before some of my ideas get shot down, please remember these are SUGGESTIONS and nothing more, I know these probably won't be acknowledged, but it'd be nice to see a couple of these changes made especially the Money transferring system and levelling on jobs. I know it's set to be as realistic as possible but most jobs don't have a ranking system and it'd be nice for them to involve a bit of a motive.
Also to add the Judiciary System would be something I'm very interested in, I'm a Law Student IRL and it'd be such fun being able to represent criminals or the police department on GTA (This will add the ability to be a Judge, Lawyer and have normal people called up for Jury Duty).
