As an ex-member of Wanted (racing gang) i am against this idea for the following reasons:

    • Is racing boring? same tracks over and over again? = Start making new ones, create them in MS Paint and share them around.
    • Is there no risk? = Start doing racetracks through the middle of the town.

Honestly this script would limit RP opportunities, if you feel bored, do something instead of asking Devs to create RP scenarios for you.

  2. +1 Except you should only need to hot-wire a car once, even if it stalls. Since if you have already altered the cables/security, all you need to do is initiate the starter again. It's just the initial work that takes time to set it up. It could be on a timer, if for instance nobody is driving the car for 5 minutes, the hot-wire resets and/or it could be made so that the owner has to have it fixed by a mechanic.

It could also open a wide range of possibilities on introducing custom "alarms and locks" that could be purchased and upgraded on a car, to make it harder to steal. These cars could then pay more at the chopshop.

I don't fully agree with this. How often do you see criminals in police chases take street vehicles off road. In very large chases IRL it happens relatively frequently. No I go agree on the front of going up a "70 degree incline" might be somewhat unrealistic but the fact stands those vehicle could handle 85-90% of off road just find and implementing a rule to cover that 10% would take up way too much of the staff's time and in my opinion be futile.

On another note as described above SD has bf400 as a faction vehicle. This should suffice just fine to combat these instances and if PD does not have access to these that could be easily fixed by implementing them.

This is pretty much a Hakuchou. Struggling at crawling through sand, imagine going 100KM/h

  4. In my opinion the issue is not the lack of off-road vehicles but rather a misuse of road vehicles by the players

9/10 triads on drags climb an 70 degree incline on chilliad to escape a chase. In reality, the second you drive onto sand/grass you would fall over, since drag bikes are not meant for this use. There are many more examples.

My point is, there should be a rule against driving off-road in vehicles that are not meant to drive off-road.

  5. Neutral,

As a COO of Weazel i do understand most problems that are related to Weazel in general.

The bulk system can be overwhelming i agree, however it's only because we don't have a script way of doing the ads differently. Instead of blocking the ads, my suggestion would be to create a system that "pops-up" above your map displaying any new ads, as well as an app on your phone that allows you to check the history of the ads. (Like in GTA online).

This would be less invasive and easier to navigate.

There are a lot of things that Weazel could benefit from having supported by scripts, however it is not a priority and developers are focusing on other things.
