This is now fixed, thanks! I kept trying to log in every hour or so and eventually the game kept running after i closed out of the error message

Can't login to character after falling through map Issue Being Reported: Everytime i log in i get through the whole process, but when it you're coming down from the sky into your character model an error pops up and it crashes, but not on my alt. Date and Time of Issue (provide timezone): May 11 2019 3pm Your characters name: Don Phillips Other player(s) involved: none Evidence and/or notes worth mentioning: It doesn't happen on my alt.
