Unable to see money delivery destination on map

Hey all I have a money transfer job and say's I have a destination already set but I'm unable to see it on the map. I've tried going to any ATM to service it and I can grab the cash out of the back but can't service the ATM. I've also logged out and logged on again. Looked online for an answer... any help is appreciated. Thanks
