Life as an Outlaw
Growing up in an undisclosed neighborhood, Dusty Braxton had a rough upbringing. He never really had anything of his own, always borrowing and never returning. His only goals in life were to maintain a steady yield of marijuana, stay low on the radar of law enforcement, and have a steady income. He did however, have a group of friends whom he'd trust with his life, or take for the sake of theirs. No matter the situation, he would always follow his "homies" and put in work when needed. Never asking for much, he was always quick to assist when required. With such a bad record containing many felonies, misdemeanors and other petty charges, he could never set his life straight and away from his goals. In turn, he had anger issues towards the police departments, as well as rival gang members who stood in between him and SeaWeed. Due to the nature of his anger, he ordered many ambush style assaults on the police departments and other organisations set on his death. He quickly stockpiled weapons and drugs to sell for quick cash, he was able to establish himself as a true gang member.

Over the course of several years, SeaWeed had accomplished many of the gang goals it had set out to do. The activities included drug manufacturing and distribution, along with heavy weapon arsenals. Many of the "SeaWeed" ambushes were successful, and notoriety quickly grew for the gang, which lead to the mass recruitment drives. With many new faces within the gang, the potential for "inside work" grew exponentially. Dusty knew this, and acted accordingly with members of lower ranks. He would search cell phones, conduct verbal questioning, prying for info. While this worked for him in many situations, it eventually went wrong for him. With knowledge of a snitch in the ranks, information that was gathered from other organisations with close tabs to SeaWeed, Dusty and the rest of SeaWeed leadership got together and set out to gain intel.
Demise, struggle, growth
SeaWeed was eventually dissolved due to many gang members slain, missing, or arrested. The snitch had successfully provided intel to the opposition, thus also assisting in the downfall. Even the news of the snitch being captured and murdered by his friends in The Wanted, didn't phase him, as the damage had already been done. Dusty then fled town for a few months, leaving his possessions behind for his homies still alive from the war.
While out of town working odd jobs for low life scum, Dusty received an email from a familiar name from SeaWeed, filling him in on current city struggles and situations. They quickly reconnected, bringing Dusty to the conclusion of moving back. Once back, the group of "Old Homies" from SeaWeed got together and decided to turn colors over and move on from SeaWeed, towards the Los Zetas. Upon the news the many blue faces greeted the SeaWeed boys and welcomed them into the organisation. However, not long it would come as a surprise that the Los Zetas had dissolved. This came as a shock, and shook the city for weeks as the many criminals tried to take down the Council. These attacks would fail, and leave Dusty and his homies wondering their future goals. This is what lead to a meeting between old faces from previous gangs, beginning a new organisation that would further assist in the goals of the Council.

At the end of the day, its about feelings and friendships made. People don't want to war their friends, and definitely don't want to lose all the loot stored in their homes so they do in fact pick on the smaller groups. Wars lead to personal tensions, OOC drama, and much butthurt from all parties. What's a way around that? "Allies"
No leader wants to lose members, but inevitably will lose members VS a group the size of the Zetiads as it becomes impossible to log in and attempt any sort of activity without having a swarm of 20-30 on one guy. That is Non-RP, no gang will roll around 30 deep in north america weapons blazing without the ATF or national guard being involved.

+1 I think it should have certain criteria to be a perm (obviously I'm a nobody in the eyes of staff) but having someone receive a DM for firing a few bullets and not killing them seems too rough. I get the whole "this server enforces strict rules to keep the quality of RP" but seeing people who've been around for a long time getting permad is crappy to see. Especially with some of their playtimes

Its been a long, quiet period in the city. Dusty received a phone call detailing some issues some of the other gangs were having. This brought some ideas together and a meeting was set in place at an undisclosed location. Among presence in the meeting was a few people who would go on to tell SeaWeed the approaching dilemmas. As such, all was aired out to eachother. It was deemed that no money would be forfeited to other organizations and that a stand would be made if it were to reach that. As such, Dusty received another call detailing the time and place of the meeting being brought forward.
Many issues were brought forward, all of which were remedied on the spot out of respect for the triple entendre. The final issue was the demand for money as it is known SeaWeed has been on the grind making moves. As such, the offer was declined by SeaWeed which lead to a declaration of war. Thankfully, made aware of the intentions and able to prepare, plans were set in place over the previous week to handle such an offering. The conversation turned sour as the leaders from the 2 factions in charge of holding the meeting felt disrespected, as such a quick robbery happened. Knowing the intentions of the meeting, calculated moves were in affect leading to no loss of life and no real loss of possessions. Thus began the war that the city has been heartedly craving.
SeaWeed was asked to vote on the spot to see who would pay the extortion money, however with only 1 vote requesting to pay the vote was shut down quickly. SeaWeed was established on pure hate and drugs. Mixing these two leads to an unruly crowd, destined to go wherever the war takes them. This was also time to get back into the studio, and calls were placed to the Producers of SeaWeed to come up with a new album. It had been awhile since SeaWeed got together in a booth, having many of the talent ready to hit the mic. With nothing to lose and plenty to gain and the opposition being worried about reputations with law enforcement agencies, SeaWeed is ready to follow through with the plans.

Most definitely, but personally I feel as the Heavy is the best competitor as its cheaper, has a faster rate of fire and holds more ammo in a clip. But then again, really it comes down to preference.

Labs were my favorite thing about crim RP. There was always unpredictable and fun experiences involved with them. It was never a dull moment.
Now I pass through the labs, occasionally seeing a single straggler herding some weed plants. Deserted, gone. A wasteland. The labs and drugs have been replaced by the pier and fish.
