The Idea behind the rule itself made sens. If it was my choice i would have chosen different words to the rules like people said it before me so the whole city doesn't feel like a Big NCZ and like Bruce said the biggest issue is criminals rule playing that rule. In my experience every time we would try to rob someone that has done something to us they would either go in /b immediately and say we cant rob them or stall a long time and take their time to move when we would ask them to move to a secluded area.Which would only make the RP not fun and not immersive. Some of the reports that have been seen on forums these days since I check forums report daily is a lot of rule playing around that rule. Even people that are known to be in gangs and being criminal try to report other criminal on the forums which for me makes no sens. Like all the people before me said The rule itself need to be looked at and perhaps worded differently. Since i know for a fact since i read it on a report the rule was made for normal civilians that are doing their thing in the city not a rule to protect criminals to be robbed by other criminals If i could quote an admin over this report :
We don't believe that this situation falls under the intentions of our new rule change. It's meant to stop random, unprovoked robberies that impede upon regular RP. In this situation, you were in an active chase with another criminal who had ill intentions, which you were aware of per your backup on scene.
This is the main issue with the rule the purpose of it was to stop random unprovoked robberies but now criminals are using this rule to try to make other criminals to have punishment on them which makes the game really not fun since we all have the OOC fear behind it.

Issue/bug you are reporting: Weed plants are disapearing when you plant a certain number which makes it harder to plant correctly
Expected behavior: Weed use to not disapear like that ? haha
Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I saw that it started around the table update not sure why, Basicly when you reach a certain numbers of weed plants in a crop all the plants that you planted would disapear i can upload video or screeshot if anything is needed

Great addition @GOAT to body pickups, yep, needs refinement. It's understandable in gaming development though, you create something with a heavy restriction or burden then soften and refine it as you figure out what your players want and how they use it.

I was in my younger years now I am just a freelance and I know that the laws of France do not come here in Los Santos that is one of the reasons why I chose to come here. Thanks for the good luck

My Name is Simon Delacroix I have been in Los Santos for About a week now. Moved here from France, because I decided to leave the Mafia group I was running in France to the new kids. I am a 45 Years old man very kind and very patient, but disrespect me or anyone in my *family* and you shall pay it dearly. I am trustworthy and I don't mind if it might take a while before you trust me. I mean i understand I know what it is to run a gang. I am someone who has been passionate with Motorcycle. My whole life, even when i was the head of the french mafia I would drive a motorcycle even though the people below me would want me to go around in a bullet proof car. I have many stories about my motorcycles and i love all of them. Would never drive a car unless I absolutely need to.

Alright now lets get down to the business side of this. The job I offer you today is to be your delivery guy. Not any delivery guy, I don't care about what kind of goods you want me to deliver for you I will do it and get it done. 100% Guaranteed or I will pay back to you what I have lost. So why would you let a random person you don't know deliver your precious merchandise? Easy you risk absolutely nothing. I will deliver your merchandise for you so you can stay wherever you are *wink* and continue doing what you want to do either your or your whole gang. What do i get in return ? Definitely money I will ask for Either a % of the merchandise sold or a fixed amount If you are to employ me for more than one delivery. But the thing I value the most in this job is making connections in Los Santos.

It is a sad part that having higher influx brings. I don't blame the admins since it has been crazy for the last week believe me I got rdm multiple times and I know it feels really bad but time will help admins with that ! that and the lag are the biggest issues for me

But you do have to realize that in terms of chop shops, all it takes is one person reporting their car stolen and now officers have a reason to go to the chop shop, to try and intervene a stolen car.
The same principle applies for drug labs, out internal rule only regulates that officers need to have an IC reason to go to a lab.
As for this suggestion, I would like to see a revamped chop shop system with multiple locations and different vehicle demands in different locations, and have the demand rotate between locations, very much like GTA San Andreas chop shops if anyone played that game.+1 to that
