It wasn't at DOC, it was at mission row. I was there when happened and got threatened by an officer myself.  Simply airing opinions it's not permitted if they don't like what you're saying, which is what this is all about, getting clearly defined rights of citizen's of LS.

In any public place officer may demand you to leave the place for disturbance of peace.

talking about robberies I would agree 100%, as in my understanding in broad daylight and on a street there should be considered people watching at all the times and you couldn't just rob anyone like that. But it's up to admins and they don't want to do nothing about it, they just say it happens IRL, lets just pretend it's not cops vs criminals server with some rules.

  2. I think masks are way too op, people with masks 24/7 running arround with guns and so on. remember that there is no way to track person down with help of npc, cameras all around the city. If you would look in real life majority of criminals get caught because cctv's are everywhere as well as people report crimes. here if you haven't seen the man face basicly no way to charge him, even if you got robbed your claim is not enough of an evidence itself to punish the guy.

  3. The thing with this server is people don't get that you should be afraid to go to jail. I have watched loads of documentary about mafia/gangs, guess what, once they would get caught they would snitch on each other since it is a big difference between being wealthy and rotting in a jail and here people don't care if they get caught. I understand that in reality some people ain't afraid to go to jail, but it's because they have mental problems in the first place.

I don't think that if we increase time anything will change, people will just try to evade even more from PD. The problem what this server has, that people don't understand how role play works in the first place, now everyone is running as a hero, who is not afraid to get tazed, shot, punched or stabbed when irl you would try to avoid such situations.
Second thing people don't understand that street bikes shouldn't go off road expecialy hachou street bike ( it would litteraly crash even if there would be some sand on street) but people just drives trough the mountains with it and so on which is bs in the first place. If they see blocked road they won't decrease speed they will just increase it and try to ram the cars.

What I'm saying is that the problem is with people mindset on this server, other true rp servers gives you 15 minutes jail time and so on, but you roleplay that you don't want to get there in the first place and act like you care about it.

youre saying making a barricade of police cruisers wouldnt be more logical than indestructible barricades?

You get that there's not as nearly PD officers as irl you would have? There's like 5 cops chasing one suspect at most times so how you think you can put 4 cops to block the highway? also when people drive 200km/h + you can't plan nothing ahead. As I said if we would have npc chases wouldn't go 200km/h + all the time and police could try to make traffic jams and what not.

People are crying here about the chases when everyone drives high speed cars, can drive max their speed and police cruisers can't even catch up with it. + Police have strict chase protocol. Criminals don't escape the most of the time cuz they really drive badly and with no caution so you just need to wait them to crash...

It would be more reasonable if the barricades didn't load in 2 seconds before you crash into them and didn't make you instantly stop.

I understand, I'm not saying it's looking good rp wise, but as I said there's no other way to stop people since you can't block the roads while they're empty unless pd would start shooting at tyres at all times on high way, but then again people would cry about that. People don't understand that irl Law enforcement is always the strongest, but here people wants to contest criminals vs PD.

  6. -1 on a high way like this police would make a traffic jam and suspect wouldn't have anywere to go. since there is no NPC we have no ways to make a traffic jam and while everyone has high speed cars it's just makes impossible even to chase someone, count the fact in that all chases goes to the max top speed since there's no npc to get in your way.

Hmmm but I usually RP with /me and voice, and use /ooc to ask questions sometimes or to clarify what my words mean... but it gets a lot of hate 😞

Well often if it's active rp like robbery/police pursuit and so on, people hate it because /ooc stalls the situation while their friends or just people in general comes and starts doing some shady shit, the thing is that people don't get that IRL you wouldn't pull at the scene and start doing stuff but here as example try to pull someone at the bank everyone will run at you and start talking shit it's just people mentality in general, so people just want to finish situations as quickly as possible since typing and so on already takes up time.

This is what RP tools are for. RP taking the stuff, use /do and screenshot things. You don't have to ACTUALLY take a person's inventory in an RP scenario you just have to RP that you did so, and RP that you give it back when they leave. If a player agrees in /do they no longer have a bag then they no longer have a bag.

You take from many people items, where do you store it? We have no storing system + if you're behaving most of the time you will get your stuff back if you ask them and they will keep it for you and give it back when you end your sentence and contact them. Most of the times although if you're reckless driving, felony evading, public endagerment, I don't see a point not taking everything away from you since you're danger to a public irl you would serve max sentence for such things since you put everyone life at risk and you wouldn't. As I see it if you clearly ain't scared (remember irl people are afraid to go to jail, they even snitch and so on to evade jail time not like here) to go to jail for such things why should we give you priveledge to get your stuff back?

  9. I mean, you can already do it, just don't deliver for such price. If no one going to deliver for low price they will increase money for delivery request, if someone deliver for low price it's just their choice. That's how economic works in real life.

  10. Honestly I played between 2 raised them to 80k xp, never been arrested (and I have been playing criminal as well, that doesn't mean i never did any crimes. If you're blindly robbing everyone ofcourse you will get caught, that's why you need to play and assess every situation. I think the system maybe needs to add little bit more ammo in the ordering for gangs that gangs would start selling it in the streets, since now it's mostly limited to the gang members.

I don't get why at the current state of server everyone thinks that it's a right to get a pistol and do crimes, this is a role play server not DM.

Wait, holy shit. You're telling me, you, a prison guard... Got treated like a prison guard might IRL in a bad prison?

Wait have you ever even been to the prison? I bet you have not. I had a practice in there as a social worker, no one attempts to kill you and so on since they don't want their sentence extended, they want to get out on a good behaviour.  LOL

Also this is a roleplay Game. Emphasis on the game, even though somepeople like to treat this like real life others are here to have fun not stare at a wall by themselevs in jail for 2 hours. Yes people should deal with the consquences of their actions in game but they should also be able to have fun while they are in jail with things to do.

Yes this is a game, but if you have never worked as DOC/COP you don't get what kind of rp goes in there. All the worst rp'ers are in there, because lets be real, most of people who abuse roleplay is criminals that end up in the prison. They don't care if they get banned or no and so on, they here just to rob people and you don't need to have clean admin log to do that. Also yes this is not a real life people came here to have fun. So what if I tell you there's other ways to have fun besides doing something illegal that won't end up being in jail? Anyways my point is that most of the people plays this game as GTA online, not like a rp server even experienced players do that.

And I'm not even saying that just because I want to make SADOC look better, I'm saying that just because what me made to quit it. It's tiring to sit in the prison most of the time with limited script while 70% of inmates just have really bad rp standarts. I would rather see people getting harsher punishments for shitty rp, since the main reason what is lacking in this server is rp standarts.

+1 to the increase but 8 hours is maybe a bit much, at least for now, even if it is only for those who commit more serious crimes.

My only worry is although DOC is settled as a faction, prison RP is still relatively quiet with it usually ending in punching DM matches.  Quite often DOC guards dont RP with prisoners at all, apart from Jack.

I do agree with it being increased though, maybe more to a max of 4-5 hours for serious crimes.

I worked at DOC it's really draining to rp all the time with inmates when they talk shit most of the time to your face, attack you for no reason since there's no punishment for it, oh yeah we will drag you to solitary that you could afk stay there doing nothing. Most of my experience entering cells would be instantly getting jumped on.

Also prison shouldn't be fun, prison is not fun IRL, it's not vacation it's a punishment so to whoever.

all the time when im in prison guards just farming salary and do nothing yesterday i try to do something they just tase me and runs away locking doors

And you sir, you're just problem yourself, attempting to attack a officer it's just low rp standarts, what kind of rp you expect to get when attempting to attack them?
I would even consider it FEAR RP since you're trying to jump on 2 officers who have tasers out, not even caring that your sentence will increase and so on for no valid reason. And then you keep crying about DOC rp while you show low rp, dont you see problem here?

That's the main point why I left DOC in the first place, it's just DOC staff are prisoners themselves, inmates don't want to rp anything besides punching you and once you taze them (since the protocol of DOC states that you must have tazer at hand all the time you enter cells) people just start crying about it.

See I hate people who say this...

massive -1. I hate people who moans about speeding in NCZ, you clearly get a message saying your speed was above speed limit, it's not like it's hidden or something so after few text messages you will clearly notice that. plus the max sentence is 2 hours, it doesn't stack up, that is not realistic, you would get loads of speed tickets, sit afk jail 2 hours and that's it. Jail is already not a punisment, people ain't scared to get in there, so stop whining and rp better.

  15. Massive +1. I believe that if there's a valid reason to do that people should get CK'ed and lose everything. As in your example, he snitched it was his decision, it lead icly  being raided, therefore your answer was to demand money from him since you found it ic'ly, real life most likely they would be murdered. CK shouldn't be abused to avoid punishment, i would even suggest if you ck yourself or get ck'ed for a valid reason (I repeat strong IC reason, like you pay 600k for being snitch or we ck you), you should lose everything and get back  only like 10% of your money to start new life.

ticketing system is not good, even in stolen car with mask and turned off phone they fine you, that make also 0 sense

It makes zero sense that people can openly carry a gun + wear a mask and won't be punished for it. There's no cameras to record, if you basicly don't get caught in middle of the crime, you're free to go since there is no witnesses even on the day light.

  17. It's not dead, but yeah I have wondered aswell, admins were claiming that they were approving 800 applications per day or even more. Yet there's no termendous growth what so ever, it really seems strange. Since if they make 800 aplications per day every day there should be huge flow of people in the server which there isn't.

  18. It's unacceptable for police to punish you, but it's acceptable to go on criminal grind 24/7. *shrugs* Max sentence is 2 hours and that is nothing. I would agree with you, but then lets make jail time 3x longer, since 2 hours is a joke. You see the point here? Stop being on the constant grind, if you wanted to prove your innocence just stop when you're being stopped by the police and have a reasonable conversation. I have had few situations where I had to defend myself, police officers would come, you simply kneel and comply with them until they ask your side of the story, they will collect evidence rp'ly and will punish the one's who tried to pull something on you. Start complying and acknowledge government power in the server instead of complaining about your own fail rp.

I don't think the problem is being robbed i think the problem is that people in certain gangs treat this like its just another version of GTA online, they look to rob every innocent person without any effort or any thought going into it. What happens is that some random guy will pull up to you and walk out with his gun alredy in hand and say in some monotone eastern european accent "hands up" and then proceed to type /me frisks man /do succeed? instead of actually playing on the server how its meant to be. Its a roleplay server not a cops and robbers server. Now there probably won't ever be a rule against this but i feel like the current state of this makes it okay to powergame i.e just pull up and gunpoint people and rob them on open street even without masks. Now i've had my share of great robbing RP experiences with people that actually put effort in, wear masks, give you proper commands and are good at /me's and /do's but 95% of times its some effortless in where they just do the /me and /do because THEY HAVE to and because they cant just type /frisk take your stuff and drive away in their sportscar with neon lights

I have mostly bad oppinion about gangs here, I'm working at SADOC for like 3 months now or so on, I have seen loads of stuff, sadly most of it ain't pleasing. People aint afraid to get into prison, they aint afraid to get tazed/hited/gun pointed at them, gang members acts like it's a joke to come to the prison, you go to the cells you will hear "lets fuck them up boys" 4 people attempts to fight you with no rp what so ever, you pull a gun on them they wont listen, you shoot warning shots they wont listen, you shoot them down they will cry you cant shoot at them since "hands ain't lethal" lol, that's the mindset behind this rp, on proper rp servers people would get banned for such things, but here is normal. I would say though the only few members of gangs I like is Dardan and Dwayne, they are polite, reasonable yet you still need to watch your back with them and that's how the prison should be, not to be jumped every time you enter the cells, and there's no punishment for it since solitary is safe to afk to finish your sentence.
