I've been waiting for an hour at the time of writing to get help getting my car unstuck. Help has still not arrived despite writing to both admins and mechanics. Please do something about it... it's honestly so bad how these guys are distributed. apparently there's a crim meeting going on and there's about 20 staff there and noon on duty.
